enhancement Supervisory Board

During today's extraordinary general meeting, Mrs. S Kahle-Galonske and Mrs. P. Mayer were appointed as member of the Supervisory Board for a period ending after the annual General Meeting in 2029.

The extensive experience of Mrs. Kahle-Galonske in the semiconductor industry and the extensive experience of Mrs. Mayer in the automotive supply industry are a welcome complement to the Supervisory Board.

Mrs. Kahle-Galonske and Mrs. P. Mayer are independent, as defined in the Dutch Corporate Governance Code.
